ADMISSION POLICY

Students entering grades nine through twelve who express and demonstrate a definite interest in receiving a Christian education are eligible for admission. No religious test is applied; however, only students who show due respect for the Word of God, maintain a positive and reverent attitude toward that which is spiritual, and conduct themselves in harmony with the principles and standards of Christian education as upheld by the Seventh-day Adventist Church should apply for admission to Dakota Adventist Academy.

Dakota Adventist Academy is not equipped to handle young people who have major behavioral or scholastic difficulties.

A student who presents himself/herself for admission to the school, thereby declares that he/she has chosen to give proper respect and observance to the religious beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, including attendance at required programs, and to observe willingly all its regulations, provide a positive attitude, and uphold the Christian principles upon which the school is founded.
